three stations at 1st/Boyle, 1st/Soto and 3rd/Indiana.

BPI responsibilities included planning/urban design analysis, and preparation of conceptual streetscape enhancements,
landscaping, crosswalk enhancements, signage, way-finding, and design theme coordination. BPI was also responsible

Cesar Chavez/Soto, and at 1st/Lorena. BPI achieved consensus approval for all concepts and strategies from the
Community Base Advisory Committee.
